Zeekr December Offer – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: The Promoter of the 'Zeekr Advantage Event' offer (the 'Offer') is Zeekr Intelligent Technology Australia Pty Ltd [ABN: 19 675 714 039].
2. Offer Period: The Offer commences on 1 December 2025 and concludes on 31st December 2025 (inclusive) (the 'Offer Period').
3. Eligible Vehicles: The Offer is available on new Zeekr X RWD, Zeekr X RWD (Convenience Package), Zeekr X AWD, Zeekr 009 AWD (6 Seat) and Zeekr 009 AWD (7 Seat) models only. Offer not available on any other Zeekr models. Offer not available on used and demonstrator vehicles.
4. The Offer (Factory Support): Customers who purchase an Eligible Vehicle and meet the Eligibility Criteria during the Offer Period will receive the following 'Factory Support' price reductions and Charging Cable bundle:

Charging Cable Bundle: One Type 2 Charging Cable & One 10Amp Trickle Charging Cable
5. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Offer:
Customers must enter into a binding purchase contract and take delivery of an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Period.
Factory Support is applicable to both private and business purchases, provided the vehicle is registered in the name of an individual, company, or business entity for personal, business, or fleet use.
Exclusions include vehicles previously registered or used for demonstration purposes, fleet purchases by government agencies, car rental companies, and rideshare companies are not eligible unless Zeekr Intelligent Technology Australia Pty Ltd provides prior written approval at its discretion.
6. Geographical Scope: This Offer is available at all authorised Zeekr Dealers in Australia.
7. Combinability: This Offer can be combined with other Zeekr or authorised Zeekr Dealer offers, unless the terms and conditions of such offers state otherwise.
8. Availability: The Offer is available while stocks last for Eligible Vehicles delivered within the Offer Period. Availability is subject to current stock levels across the Eligible Vehicles. Charging Cable Bundle is limited to one set per eligible customer within the Offer period.
9. Pricing Disclaimer: Please note that the final on-road drive-away price of the vehicle will vary based on optional extras, accessories, government charges (including, but not limited to, stamp duty and registration), and your location. Customers should confirm the jurisdiction-specific drive-away price with their authorised Zeekr Dealer prior to purchase.
10. Modification or Withdrawal of Offer: Zeekr Intelligent Technology Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification or withdrawal applies prospectively and will not affect existing binding sales agreements entered into before the modification or withdrawal.
11. Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any rights or remedies that a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
12. Privacy: Any personal information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with Zeekr's Privacy Policy, available on the official Zeekr Australia website.
